I am surprised by their prompt and professional service. It's not easy to find a transportation provider to whom you're willing to entrust your loved ones, but these folks have always delivered excellent service, even when I've had to make multiple changes to the reservation. The drivers are always on time and courteous, and the cars are always clean.

    Booking a ride from Fleetwood was simple and quick. As soon as we landed, the driver texted me. We informed him that we needed to get our luggage from baggage claim. He told us when we should contact him again so he could meet us. We noted that he met us at the door after quickly getting our baggage. He drove a gorgeous, spotless SUV and was one of the nicest persons I've ever met!
