Chauffeur
Fleetwood is looking for a professional, experienced, and licensed chauffeur with an excellent driving record. He should drive well-known and high-profile people to various locations we service. In addition, an ideal candidate should have the ability to multitask and establish a good working experience with managers, subordinates, and customers.
Chauffeur job requirement:
- Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, timely report, and coordinate vehicle maintenance repairs.
- Keeps the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and maintains a personal appearance at all times.
- Five years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain a safe driving record according to Company guidelines.
Coach Bus Driver
We are hiring professional, experienced coach bus drivers to join our team to be a part of continued growth and success. An ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service as an experienced chauffeur or coach bus driver.
Coach bus driver job requirement:
- Sophisticated, well-spoken individuals (25 years or older)
- Commercial driver’s license required to operate commercial vehicles.
- Superior communication and exceptional customer satisfaction skills.
- Maintain a safe driving record and can handle an emergency and basic first aid.
- Practice safe driving techniques all the time.

At The Office
Call Center
We are seeking part-time and full-time customer center representatives to join our office staff. The candidate will be responsible for booking customer trip reservations and additional office duties. A flexible schedule is required, and willing to work on the weekends.
Call center job requirements:
- Handle everything from inbound & outbound calls to driver wake-up calls and live chat sessions with customers.
- Follow all procedures when responding to any emergency.
- Have strong computer skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and know the local area and routes.
- Handle spike of high call volume and other duties as assigned.
Detailer
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and meticulous person to ensure all our vehicles look their best. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available for individuals who can maintain our fleet. Pay rate depends on the quality and quantity of the work you produce; the harder you work, the more you will earn.
Detailer job requirement:
- Cleaning, protecting, and sanitizing vehicle interior and exterior.
- Conducting tests and inspecting vehicles to evaluate performance or quality.
- Putting great attention to detail and prior automotive detailing experience.
- Drive vehicles to or from workshops or customers’ workplaces or homes.
- Maintaining our quality standards by monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic operation.
Dispatcher
Fleetwood Limousine is currently hiring for operations dispatch center individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, disciplined with a positive professional attitude
Dispatcher job requirement:
- Utilize industry-leading software, systems, and technology tools to ensure all jobs are performed efficiently.
- Notify management and client if the chauffeur will be late and constantly monitor the traffic pattern.
- Handle spike of high call volume
- Work with management and employ the standby to drop/pickup vehicles or other tasks.
- Responsible for matching locations and vehicles to ensure prompt service.
- When instructed, supervise the detail crew and inspect all vehicles, if required, run the vehicles through a car wash.
- Update and note drivers’ schedules daily.
Qualifications and skills:
- An energetic individual with a high degree of moral and personal integrity and can thrive in a logistical environment.
- Ability to multitask and establish a good working experience with managers, subordinates, and customers.
- Prior supervising, management, and training roles.
- Scheduling experience is a skill set we value the most.
