At Fleetwood, the health and safety of our employees and customer remain priority #1 which is why our action plans in response to the Covid-19 pandemic are based on guidelines put out by the CDC and OSHA. Every day, each vehicle is thoroughly sanitized with EPA-approved, disinfectant spraying systems.

Although no one can guarantee a virus-free workplace, we at Fleetwood are doing everything we can to reduce the risk of transmission. We have researched and chosen the best non-toxic hospital-grade disinfectant spraying systems which are certified by the CDC for use against COVID-19. We realize this is a challenging time but we remain deeply committed to providing you the services that align with the guidelines put out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This includes the following:
- Health monitoring training
- Hand washing and sanitizing stations
- Provide gloves, masks, sanitizers to staff
- Train employees about how to clean the shared space

COVID-19 Details
Safe Vehicles
To ensure the safety of chauffeurs and passengers, Fleetwood has installed barrier walls in the large vehicles and does not allow travelers to sit in the front seat as recommended by CDC.
COVID Training
Chauffeurs are mentored and have received extensive training on how to clean and disinfect their vehicles in a safe manner. Refresher training will be provided on an ongoing basis.

Courtesy Items
All passenger courtesy items have been removed from our luxury vehicles, and we advise our customers to avoid unnecessary touching of anything inside the cabins.
We Require Our Chauffeurs to Wear Masks
All of our chauffeurs remain mandated to wear face masks and disposable gloves. Passengers are advised to bring their masks and gloves. In addition, We adhere to all of the CDC’s vehicle sanitization guidelines. If the chauffeur gets ill, we’ll advise the chauffeur to stay at home until they are no longer contagious and quarantine the vehicle for 72 hours, which is three times the amount of time recommended by the CDC. The health and safety of our employees and customers have always been priority #1, and we ensure this by:
- Zigzag seating design is employed in vehicles with more than one passenger.
- To prevent the risk of cross-contamination, encourage passengers to handle their luggage.
- Only the chauffeur will open and close the vehicle’s doors.
Cleaning & Disinfecting
We research and choose the best EPA-approved, non-toxic, hospital-grade disinfectant spraying systems to disinfect our vehicles thoroughly. We employ the technique that CDC has validated for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. All handles, power switches, door storage spaces, windows, cup holders, automobile seats, trunk, and seatbelts are disinfected. For frequently touched electronic devices in vehicles, such as tablets or touch displays, we use multi-purpose wipes that have been approved for use against SARS-CoV-2 under the EPA’s emerging viral pathogens program. After cleaning and sanitizing the vehicle, gloves and any other disposable PPE are removed and disposed of.
